It's the cause of a great deal of controversy although, nonetheless, there are several practitioners active today who happily employ black ops hypnosis. Employed to help treat mental, emotional, and physical problems in addition to an efficacious communication strategy, this type of mind control works upon an individual's subconscious to produce the outcome you want. As a result its uses range between the hilarious tricks found on television or in student festivals and potent assistance for depression or diverse addictions. We can understand how this could worry you, but the experts know just what to do and create few if any problems.

Though unquestionably the subject of much controversy, numerous practitioners promote programs such as Underground Hypnosis as handy systems. In all probability you know already that you can effectively convey messages to the unconscious mind using these techniques, but you perhaps don’t know that you can help with afflictions, whether mental, emotional, or even physical. This could be something as basic as making time for a particular television episode or some light-hearted fun to combating mental disorder and overcoming addiction to tobacco. When employed by someone experienced, there’s almost no danger. black ops hypnosis resembling the type passed on through the Underground Hypnosis movement is in its essentials inducing a trance state in someone. The depth to which the person descends in the trance, of course, will be affected by their hypnotist’s ability, personality, and emotional status. The earliest degree of trance takes place when the subject initially starts to slacken some outlying muscle systems. As their eyelids feel heavier and heavier, lethargy will set in and they’ll desire to fall asleep. Over time larger muscles unwind too, notably the shoulders and hands — and quite often, this is a quick process.

A skilled practitioner can establish trances deep enough that the sound heard is solely that coming from whoever has hypnotized them. Once you reach this state, the power of suggestion comes in, with instruction to the unconscious mind now possible. When deep enough you’ll find you can prevent memory of given situations — or to suppress physical sensation. You can lead the subject even further into a trance state, gradually producing a level rife with hallucination before reaching a level like that which is reached under general anesthetic. It’s not unheard of for this heightened hypnotic state to be employed in place of anesthetic during medical procedures.

Naturally, you don’t need beyond a comparatively light state of trance, and Underground Hypnosis is easily sufficient for the more practical degrees. In the majority of instances, the more simply achieved levels are all you need.

Anybody can be taught this skill via Underground Hypnosis. By spending a short while learning and a few hours honing the things you’ve learned, you’ll quickly become quite a talented hypnotist. So why are you worried? Step up and learn.

I often work as a professional coach to executives, physicians, lawyers and others. One of the issues that frequently comes up in coaching is how best to cope with angry bosses, coworkers,or clients who suddenly or repeatedly appear. Skill in dealing with such people is no small matter – depending on our skillfulness, encountering and angry person can be a minor bump in the road or can upset us for the rest of the day. If we lose our balance, not only is it much less pleasant to be inside our own skins, but our effectiveness at completing tasks and communicating with others can be substantially diminished. The good news is that there are a few easily remembered steps that anyone can make use of with a little practice and powerful results.

When beginning to deal with an angry person, the first step is always to listen. This is done with eye contact, but very few words, until the initial wave of angry energy pauses for the first time. During that interval, listen for the factual content of what that person thinks is their concern, while letting the emotional content wash by without “hooking” you. Don’t put much effort into sharing information at this point. The person who is very angry is not in a state where they can absorb much of anything you have to say, even if they would benefit from hearing it. They may often misinterpret your quick verbal response or problem-solving as a way of getting rid of them and their needs.

A great metaphor to hold in mind as you listen during this first
step is that of a great ocean wave crashing over you as you stand in the surf, or perhaps a volcano erupting with hot rock and ash. There is no point in trying to shout over the noise until the initial outburst is complete, or become upset that this event is
all about you, even if the angry person would have you believe that at the time.

When the pause in their verbal torrent finally comes, briefly mirror the factual content with the goal of letting the other person know that you’ve heard the core of their complaint accurately. This can sound something like: “So if I heard you correctly, you’re saying …”or “What I hear you saying is this …”, but you should always use your own judgment in choosing language that sounds natural to each situation. Even better, the mirroring statement can be preceded by first asking permission to confirm
you heard, and/or a finishing question asking if your understanding is accurate. This might sound something like: “Can I make sure I heard you correctly?” Rest assured
that the answer to this question will always be “yes”. This person wants to be heard! Understand that you are teaching two concepts to the angry person at this point: that you have heard the essence of their statement, and that you have not moved into anger yourself. You have remained sane in the presence of their unbalanced state, and are not becoming their enemy.

There is magic built into what you have just accomplished in justa minute or so of time and a few simple words. You have managed to share with someone who is feeling attacked and vulnerable (and who is barely able to listen to anyone) that not
only are you not angry in response to their anger, but that you have actually understood what they are upset about accurately.

Furthermore, if you asked and were given permission to make a mirroring statement to prove you heard them correctly,
you have already made and kept a successful contract with them, giving you credibility in their mind. You now established a relationship that has value to the person that is angry. Very likely they have aired their grievances with individuals
before you who did not listen well or became angry in return, and who did their best to pass the buck of dealing with the angry person. With just this first step, you are shifting the mental image the angry person holds of you from being the enemy like all
the rest to a becoming an ally in getting their needs met. There is still work to do, but in one move you have done the biggest part of defusing the interaction.

I was thirteen years old when I saw my first ghost. It was at my maternal grandmother’s funeral. It was a sunny summer morning. Here in North Carolina the mortuary puts a tent over the gravesite to protect the mourners from the summer sun and sudden rain showers. I was sitting on the front row with my parents. The preacher was giving grandmother’s eulogy. It was hot, and I was ready to have the service over with.

I was looking up at the preacher when I noticed a young blond woman standing beside one of the tent poles. She was smiling as she listened to the eulogy. She looked familiar to me. As I was looking at her, trying to figure out who she was, a breeze moved the branches on a tree behind her. That’s when I realized that I was seeing “through” her. She was transparent. She appeared solid enough that I hadn’t noticed until the branches moved behind her.

I quickly elbowed my mother. But as I did that, the pretty blond ghost turned her head towards me. She smiled, placed a finger to her lips, and shook her head “no” as she made a “shhhh” sound, and then she faded away.

Later at the house, I looked through some old family photos. The picture of grandmother when she was twenty-one years old looked exactly like the apparition at the funeral. Yes, grandmother was enjoying her eulogy.

And so began my fascination and love for ghosts.

Down through the years I’ve seen so many of them and felt the warmth of their presence that I can’t help wanting to shout it from the rooftops. They’re beautiful, and they won’t hurt you! They reach out to you and wrap you in a blanket of comfort and serenity. Their only desire is to assist you, and love you, and tell you that the afterlife is a place of joy and spiritual progress.

Oh, sure, there are some that are downright embarrassed by their low estate, but those undeveloped souls aren’t able to appear to anyone in the physical realm without help.

A ghost’s appearance is slightly luminous. It’s light seems to create swirling patterns as if it were some sort of plasma. When you see a ghost, you might even think that he or she is an angel. I’ve made that mistake too, but angels have a different demeanor. Angels radiate a sense of power and authority. I always have a feeling that I should kneel and bow my head in reverence when I encounter an angel. But they are quick to inform that they do not want adoration. Service is their goal, their joy, and their privilege.

Unlike angels, ghosts were once like you and me. They were people living in physical bodies. But now they are free from their physical cage, and they are delighted with their freedom. They enfold friends and family that are still in the physical body. They look forward to the day that their loved ones are born into their world of beauty, radiance, joy, and love.

How can you know that you are in the presence of a ghost? Perhaps you may see a faint glow in the darkness. Sometimes you’ll only see their beautiful eyes with lashes that flit like butterfly wings. Maybe you will smell a sweet, soft fragrance almost like baby powder. Possibly you will feel a touch as if someone dropped a silken scarf on your naked flesh. Perchance you’ll hear a soothing whisper in your ear. These are indeed messages from someone who loves you beyond the veil.

And if you are really blessed, you may find yourself standing in the presence of your beloved one. They linger near you because your bond of love enables them to assist you with insight and intuition. If God permits, you may see their apparition. They will appear similar to the way you remember them but with the glow of health and happiness. The apparitions are translucent with rays of light shimmering like a corona around them.

This ghostly apparition is actually a transfiguration of your loved one. You will feel no fear, only love and happiness. It is my hope that you will be visited.
